Mission

To inspire teenagers to social dance

Dance It strives to provide, free of charge, quality social dance instruction to high school students in the Seattle area. These are our values:

• Make all lessons accessible and convenient.
• Eliminate any barriers between student and learning experience. Students do not need experience, partners, money, or transportation.
• Promote to all students at a school, not select groups, clubs or demographics.
• Provide two instructors, both lead and follow as role models, whenever possible (Male teachers as role models are critical for inspiring young men to dance).
• Instructors should be professional dancers, skilled teachers, accomplished social dancers, inspirational role models.
• Teach only non-competitive social dancing.
• Offer additional classes at reduced rates.
• Make all donations tax deductible.
